I don't know any women that like man boobs, but I know some guys get them if they have to take certain medications. When they are able to stop using the medication, they go back to looking normal. Nope man nipples don't really serve any purpose. I wouldn't say I'd get turned on by them, but if there was a guy that I liked and was really nice, I wouldn't hold it against him. How about you?
