That's quite a list. I get the impression that some women look to fulfill a man's "requirements" or something, like if they're a certain type they'll be more desirable, or if they match the tastes of a particular guy he will go for them. Absolutely not true.
As to what a man prefers, if a woman is seductive, a guy who typically goes for skinny white girls will melt over a curvy dark girl, and vice versa. It's really more in the head than anything.
