Tightening my chest?? 10 points!?!


Question: i have a skinny stomach but i have man boobs. summer is coming soon and i dont want to be ashamed to take my shirt off around friends..i tried push ups and i have pecs' but they are still covered with the fat..so please someone tell me how to lose the weight..please include exercises, how many times to do it a day, and how many times a week i should do it!! 10 points best answer!

Start with a healthy diet. As far as exercises go I would recommend more cardio (running or elliptical) about 3 times a week, and incorporate your push-ups with some butterfly presses. Also when doing push-ups you might want to prop your feet up on something to help work your upper chest muscles you can do this or either bench presses using an incline bench.Work out with weights probably only 2 times a week if your only focusing on chest. This should help.

try using an urg (sp) (rowing machine) it flexes those mucceles and should reduce fat , as for how much i dont know try it like 20 mins a day 3 / 4 times a week for as many weeks as needed,

P.S. if you cant get to an urg or a rowboat try those rubber band thingies you strech out with your arms

lean out a bit by eating better, leaner meats and complex carbs. only do chest excercises twice a week you didnt mention if you go to a gym

Push ups will work but it's not going to happen overnight. Pay attention to form not so much quantity. In conjunction with the push ups, you have to burn off the extra fat, so do cardio exercises to boost your metabolism.
