Testicular Discomfort?!

Question: This is a very vague topic but I'll try to narrow it down as much as possible. I have had testicular pain / discomfort for around 2 years now and have seen a doctor and 2 urologists about this. Every one of them says they can't find anything wrong and it could just be pain as you are growing. I am almost 20 years old, and have even had an ultrasound on my testicles and nothing appeared to be wrong.

I still have this pain sometimes still it hasn't gone away. It can hurt more so after sex for awhile or it can be random. (Yes I have had blood and urine tests multiple times for STDs or anything else) and nothing appeared wrong as well. I'm scared If I leave this too much longer I'll become infertile or have something serious develop.

What I'm trying to ask to sum it up, is what anyone would recommend me doing at the moment. If it results in surgery just to see what's going on in there I would highly consider it because to be without this feeling would be great. Thanks in advance.

since the doctors couldn't find anything wrong... maybe you should try changing some of your ways... like, wearing undergarment supporter. Re sex, might be cause of too much excitement, so I suggest, you do it slow. :)
but it would be good if you can still visit other doctors, a GYNECOLOGIST.

i dont know what to say.... i might say to get them taken out... if it keeps it up for another 6 months i would reccomend it.

I only get pain there if I don't get off for a while, like over a week or if I wear boxers.... I've always worn briefs and they just get sore from hanging and bouncing around between my legs.

I hate to say this, but you're pretty much covered all the bases with trying to find out the cause of your pain. My only suggestion is that you get a referral to see an endocrinologist. There could always be the possibility that your problem is hormonal.

When you went through puberty and your testies descended further down int oyour sac the cord might have gotten twisted...see if you can correct this...did you ever get kicked/kneed hard there becuz that might also be it
