None of those things can get rid of stomach rolls. It's not a disease or a state of being. You're just overweight. All you can do is sit ups. Try 10 every day for a week. Then 20 every day for a week. Then 30, then 40, then 50, etc. You see where I'm going. This will have you make progress. Oh and haha don't eat rolls. Lmao.
