I'm very concerned about my husband's penis?!
Question: I'm 17 weeks pregnant, and although my husband and i haven't had sex much [due to my lack of intimacy] we still have it on a pretty regular basis.
This morning he came to me and told me that his penis was red, irritated, and flaking. He said he looked it up online and it was just because I was pregnant.
Have any of you experienced this before? STD's aren't an issue, of course. But i'm concerned.

Have him go to the doctor, just to be safe!!
You're already pregnant, so you have enough to worry about!
It could be a bacterial infection, so he should get checked.
And until he is checked, don't have sex!

cool its not a problem, but i doubt the reason your husband is giving you..
Every hear of something called Jock Itch?...caused by the same fungal infection as Athlete's Foot, and is the result of too much moisture, from sweating etc. He can get medication for it over the counter at the chemist/pharmacy. Many men experience it.
I have never heard of anything like this, but that certainly doesn't mean much!! lol
It seems simple to me....just ask him the site so you can see it for yourself and look ahead to the treatment for it.
I will say that if you have started getting yeast infections with your pregnancy, the infection can effect him that way.

Sounds like a case of thrush. Both of you should see the doctor because if that is what it is, you'll both need treatment. Don't know what hubby was reading on the net but get it checked. Treatment is simple.
this is a common thing to happen, i wouldnt fret if i were you.

There is no part of pregnancy that can cause penis irritation.
Is the whole penis red, or just patches? If it's in patches that are painful, then he most likely has herpes.
Don't kid yourself, STD's are ALWAYS an issue. Be smart and protect yourself. Husbands w/pregnant wife's are common cheaters.
If I were you, I'd have a doctor check this "rash" before you have sex w/him again.
I'm not very concerned about your husband's penis. but look at the bright side...now you can have frosted flakes for breakfast.
