That isn't water, it is your self made lubricant, and when you ejaculate and it is less thick, it means that there isn't as much sperm. If you wait a while, then there will be more sperm and it will be thicker.

The thicker it is the more sugar there is in it. If it's more watery then its just the natural water in it and less sugars.
