Ive seen ice in urinals at a lot of bars. They do it when its busy becuase the ice cools the urine to reduce the smell and it flushes a little bit as the warm pee melts the ice.

It's just a rumor, at least I think it has to be. I've never seen any in all the bathrooms I've been in.

i have never been to a bathroom with ice cubes maybe youre referring to the air fresheners in some urinals, or osmetims someone will dump their drink into a sink or urinal and the ice wont go down the drain
In all my life I've never seen ice cubes in the men's comfort room, nor is there some inside joke that only men are privy to about it, at least not one I've heard anyway.

only in some..i've only seen them in a movie...but they might be there for the smell not to be too consentrated.

Some dudes do not flush the urnals and with the ice is constantly puts water through the system and keeps it cleaner and smelling freash. I have seen it in clubs and resaruants in my area in So cal in the urnals
