Testicle problem...?!
Question: im 21 years old and one of my testicles is bigger than the other and slightly out of shape, also if i squeeze it just lightly it causes a really unpleasant ache...you dont think its anything serious do ya?

Nope not at all dude, one testicle is always bigger than the other, and no you dont have cancer, the boys in the bag get preety sensitive if you keep touching them. its fine bud dont fret

could be inflamation. well tell us ... Boxers or Briefs ? you may have just irritated yourself jogging or something. if it gets worse see a doctor.
I had something similar to that. It could be a Varicocele. One of those is where there's like another ball of there. It's like a bunch of veins all together. See if that's it. Hope my answer helped. You have a great night!
Usually one testicle feels larger than the other. It happens to a lot of guys, happened to me as well, and i asked around.
It could indicate a problem, but squeezing a testicle usually causes an ache, no matter how softly you do it!
Just keep an eye out for pain during the day, and of course, wear boxers for a while if you dont just to make sure its not sporting underwear causing pressure where it shouldnt :)
i think it may just be a slight inflammation but if it continues to largen then i suggest going to the doctor and if it is nothing u got bigg balls or ball
