How tall can i be?!

Question: Growth question?
grow taller??? How many growth spurts do guys go through??? I just turned 14 last week and I might have already been thorough my growth spurts. I eat really healthy, and i already exceeded my parents height. I am 5'7' and 140 pounds. I think that my hands and feet have stopped growing. I wear a size 10. Are there any kinds of herbs/medicines/foods that stimulate somatrophin, the growth hormone?? are there any that stimulate the pituitary gland?

There's nothing you can 'take' as such to increase your height, apart from Growth Hormone, and that's only in certain medical conditions. Height is mainly genetically determined, particularly in modern times, as we have an ample food supply.

Don't waste your money on buying 'products' which promise to increase your height. They're a waste of money.

It all depends on how tall your parents are.

Enter all the info, and it will give you a good estimate of your adult height.

Yes cut down on testosterone and you will carry on growing, its well known that eunichs grew to 7 foot tall as testosterone sends a signal to the bones to stop growing.
