Hot Shot is WRONG! 5-10 push ups and sit ups a day? You will never gain muscle doing that! First off, you shouldn't work out every day. Your body needs time to heal and repair the muscle and grow. You need to do heavy lifts to get stronger. Do weight that you can only do for 4-8 reps. I wouldn't worry too much about curls, biceps are just for show anyway. Work on core strength for wrestling. Also do some Bench Press and Shoulder Press with dumb bells. Eating is also key! One thing hot shot did get right. Drink HELLA water also!

evr since my dad had his op we go powr walking.thats good for the legs but u want stomach and arms...well do 10 push ups evry day (start with 5),and bout 6-10 sit ups(start with a couple).do benching and stuff like that a couple times too.
REALLY IMPORTANT IS THAT U DO THIS DAILY AND NOT ONE DAY THIS THEN 2 WEEKS NOTHING.ur body needs to ajust to eating and doing more.if u do alot then nothing u will start to build FAT and NOT MUSCULE, DO U UNDERSTAND??? the longer u do these things the more u can do. also try with lifting waits and start like the other thing above. NEVER EVER FOREGET TO EAT GOOOOOOD STUFF.NO CRAP!!!!!
