Stop trimming your pubic hair and let yourself grow up. Your mum does not want to know about your cut scrotum, that is why she looked at you that way.
It will heal, everyone in here is taking the piss and just trying to score 2 points.

Probably not, you have slow sac leak, your sac will shrink to the size of a raisin unless you infalte it by blowing in egg white through a straw. Ask your mum to do this if you cant find a big enough straw.

{UPDATE} Look tell you mom that if your ever to use your beaver cleaver that your beef basket must be sufficuiently full of baby batter and if your ever to teabag your mates you need to ensure your tetley is hairy enough to leave pubes in their gargle cavity

Jimmy thats funny NOT!

keep it clean and if it dont scab over then go to the doctor!

This will be ok. The liquid could have been the sort of thing that comes out when a cut it weeping. The sac might not bleed very much when you cut it. Not every part of the body bleeds much when you cut it. It will be fine. Obviously if it doesnt look good in a couple of days get it checked out.

WTF.

Sorry, sounds a bit odd to me, if it does not resemble blood I would go to see a physician immediately if I were you. In the future, if you don't know what you are doing really, have your mom or dad trim your pubic bush. There is always a risk of infection when there are any cuts to skin involved; and if you get cuts, it is best to apply an antisceptic spray or liquid right away to each and every cut and the area surrounding it. Before covering with a bandage, it would not be a bad idea to put some Neosporin ointment over the cut, the ointment will minimize the risk of any scarring and also act as additional prevention against infection and promote more rapid healing. Finally, if you have not yet gone completely through puberty, I don't recommend that you trim your pubic bush, mainly because you won't ever know exactly what you have in full as to pubic hair in your most natural and untouched state.

Jimmy i completely agree.

i am a doctor, this has happened before and its not pretty.

you need to get your mom to do this at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or your balls will fall off!

and you wont be able to have kids!!!!!!!

as well as blood circulating round your body you also have the lymphatic system shat you've caught is just a lymphatic vein nothing to worry about

Dont worry about it, you are 100% normal here. The body will weep clear fluid if you cut it without damaging the blood vessels -
Clear fluid is just intracellular fluid that will leak out from within the body .

If it fails to heal within 2 days see your doc, but you should be alright. DONT introduce anything NON STERILE into your body as suggested, you will get an infection for sure!

i woud imagain it would be fine.
just keep the nic clean dont let it get infected.
as long as if does not get infected or this fuid keeps coming out then dont worry about it,
see your doctor if you are really worreid or it gets infected or doesnt look right.

Take care
xx

First of all - why? leave yer bush alone, it's there for a reason. And don't worry, you haven't done lasting damage, clean the area with warm saline and if necessary put a plaster on it. Failing that go to a chemist and get some steristrips - these are very sticky and act much in the same way as sutures. The wound if you keep it clean and dry will be healed in a day or two. Ignore James' answer which is just ridiculous and irresponsible.
