my father is 70 years old .He is complaining for dry mouth and loss of appetite .The Tests from the pathologist are ok .

Try talking to your doctor about tests for depression. I've included a couple of links that may give you some further insight.
See a Geriatric Specialist.
A man in his 70s is probably on some kind of medication, a lot of which can cause dry mouth and loss of appetite, as a side effect. Check with his pharmacist, to see if that could be the case.
dont worry im sure the doctors know what to test for
