When should i start suplementing mu body with proteins like whey protein?!

ok whey protein doesnt do anything.

if you are doing some heavy lifting and workouts, you should drink a protein suppliment within 30 minutes of your last work out.

if you want to see some serious gains then as a rule of thumb you should consume the amount of grams of protein that is equal to your weight. (ex. i weigh 165lbs, i consume between 150-170 grams of protein each day).

unfortunately you cant achieve this eating, so you need to take a suppliment. I use a product called cytogainer. Its a power that can be mixed with water/milk. Like all serious suppliments you get real sick of the taste quick, but if you want to see maximum gains then i suggest that above all other types.

I am can tell you from experience that this stuff works. I am 15 years old, weigh 165lbs and can bench 225. I drank it after every workout at my school (im in weight training).
