You might have a slight bladder blockage ... drink lots of water and if you have not peed by tomorrow ; then go see a doctor .. In the meantime ..No More masturbation until the problem is corrected .
it could be many reasons.. if you could write down more details..
it could be that you masturbate too hard and you've pulled a muscle.. or you have a urinary infection..

Sounds to me like it is related to your prostate gland, you will need to see a urologist to get to the bottom of this.
o ya... that happened to my friend, and his fell off within like 5 days!!!
