You just need to do some stretching. Don't even think about getting cut until you've tried stretching for a couple of months. Here's a link to my detailed instructions http://xsorbit28.com/users5/foreskinforu... , put there to avoid repetition. If it's difficult to stretch then you may need some Betamethasone cream. It's prescription only but does speed up the stretching process. It does nothing without the stretching though.

Try retracting them frequently...if you won't be able to do that...consider yourself having phimosis or paraphimosis

no girls dont saggy penisis. keep it nice and tight!!!

sounds like you need to get circumsized. you need to talk to a doctor about it and he will most likely tell you to get circumsized.
and incase your nervous about circumsision dont be

use some oil

Well, you will have to pull back the foreskin, so that the glans of the penis is fully exposed. If your foreskin is extremely tight, you might consider taking a bath and after soaking for about fifteen minutes, gently pulling down the foreskin while still in the bath. I recommend that you use a bodywash and a tiny bit of antibacterial soap on a clean soft washcloth and thoroughly wash the entire glans, both top and bottom, and also the area of the slit, which is at the end of the penis. Please remember that this is about cleansing yourself in a way that is thorough and removes the risk of infection to you, it is not about making yourself erect and/or getting involved in an episode of masturbation. If you see any specific evidence of a pus discharge, often yellowish in nature or of skin abnormalities on any part of the glans, after performing the thorough cleansing described above, you must go to your physician immediately and let him or her know that you think you may have an infection. Your pediatrician could theoretically recommend a circumcision procedure for you as a preventative measure and/or for other health reasons, though it is a bit unlikely that he actually would lead you to something somewhat extreme, as such procedure is, especially since you may not want to be circumcised.

Sounds like Phimosis - but only your doctor can diagnose you. Go see the Doc and see what they say. There are some non-surgical treatments for phimosis that have a very good success rate.

Yes, usually males can retract the foreskin without any real difficulty. So that's a touch unusual - nothing to be alarmed about though.

I've attached a couple of links for you - but do ask your folks to take you to the doc. It's a sign of maturity to be able to ask the difficult questions, my friend.
