How do I become more muscular/thick?!
Question: I'm twenty years old and still feel like I have the body of a boy. How do I beef up without going overboard? I go to the gym regularly, lift weights, try and eat right, I'm about 5'7/149 (I'm kind of short so that's why I don't want to get too big otherwise I'll look funny).
How do I get a much thicker body (chest, arms and legs)? What foods, supplements, and regiment would you recommend? By the way for such a type body what weight would you recommend?

get a lot of protein in
lift weights but also do cardio
in a weights to cardio ratio the best would be 75% weights 25% cardio
that way you stay lean but build muscle mass
if i were you i would go no bigger than 185 solid muscle... eat a lot of chicken. your best bet would be to consult a nutritionist and a body building trainer
eat proteins, lift weights, and DON'T use steroids.
Drink protein shakes, and take 60 of my pounds from me!
