Abs and weight loss?!


Question: my girlfriend loves abs and i love her so i was wondering how to get them. i also need to lose some weight since im not comfortable with my body. i have the time to do something everyday as long as it will help and wont take that long. oh yea and i am 13 and i'm 5'9 ft tall and weight 160lbs.

im 13 and this is what i do. it works.

i do this while wa.tching tv at night.

get something soft like a sheet or blanket and lay it down

start off by putt your hand on the opposite shoulder and do 10 crunches slowly.

then do 15 and go up by fives.

have bout 10 second break in between.

do it till you get up to 25 and go back down to 10.

after bout a week it will get too easy so put your hands behind your head and do the same thing.

remember to do it slowly other wise you will hurt your neck.

if that get to easy then hold a 1-2.5 kg weight behind your head and do it.

you will also need to build up pecks and your chest and shoulders so do push ups as well to even it out..

you have to get your total body fat way down for abs to show. it will take long and you will work hard but that is the price you pay.

Everyone has them but the only way your gonna see them is to get thin enough to make them show. you need to build them up while you loose and remember your only 13 so don't expect Arnold type abs. you cannot spot train to get abs. The body doesn't loose weight in one isolated spot. It looses weight throughout the body so keep going until you get there.

The abs will come slowly, yet faster than you know. it was weird getting mine.
Here's what I did, to see results: I went vegetarian. I didnt do fast food, grease or any nasty **** like I used to eat. I drank so much water I pissed like 24/7. this helps your liver process **** and what not. And on top of that, I played more football to stay active, and I did sit ups and push ups two times a day, morning and night until I could do no more until I felt uncomfortable with my new stomache. I also Lifted 5lbs (easy I know, but still helps) on the side to get huge muscles on my arms. all the girls love them, trust me. your girlfriend will loveee itt! It just takes time. :O

all you have to do is eat good portions drink water and...do slow sit ups curl ups and u MUST MUST MUST MUST!!!!! (i cant stretch it enough) STRETCH BEFORE DOING IT..do things that will give your abs a challenge.. u should be abtastic n no tym!!! lol
