I'm double jointed in my shoulders?!

I lift during and after school
&& lately my right arm has been falling asleep randomly
too where I can't move it
Any ideas as too why my arm is doing this?

sounds like a pinched nerve...perhaps you are lifting incorrectly...have a coach review your form otherwise if it continues see your doc....
