if you are shorter than 5.3 then you short and you have to drink milk and things that contain zinc and magnesium and red meet.plus you can do copra training and hangin from a high place .

drink lots of milk. it also depends on ur family. are ur parents tall if so u probably will if not then no. just give urself a few years. guys grow really fatst out of no were

there is no way im only 5'3 and weigh 118 im 14 its not really noyhin wait 4 yo matabollism 2 slow down and u will gain weigth trust but no way 4 height
