No, the "crotch-shot" itself won't improve your skills. However, it may have heightened your awareness of the players closer to you in an almost unconscious effort to avoid re-injury. That heightened awareness, along with a little extra adrenaline (from the perceived possible danger to your testicles) may make you move a bit faster and play a bit more aggressively than you had previously.

no. the way u play is all about physical ability and psychological confidence. getting hit in the crotch doesnt turn u in2 a superstar athlete

no as a matter of fact it damaged your sperm and now you cant have children hahahahahahahahaha just kidding but seriously it did not make you better at lacrosse

No, I don't think so. It has nothing to do with your skill.

Erm. No.

No but it probaly gave you better dodgeing because mentaly u don't want to get hit again

No, not normally, unless of course there became a psychological association in your mind between the two that sort of took on a life of its own. I also think that if in the future the impact of a blow to your testicles is greater than this one apparently was, there is a risk of a bodily injury that could make you keel over;; and that certainly won't be ideal, to say the least, for your game-playing prowess. Besides all of this, you should be wearing a well-padded athletic support and as necessary some additional padding or buffers over your underwear, mainly to avoid injury to your testicles that could damage you in such a way as to cause problems with fertility and also sexual function. You need to see the bigger picture, there are definitely more important things in life (like health for example) than your lacrosse-playing.
