false, even if that were true ur body makes millions of sperm every day, and there are about the same amount of proteins in almost every cell in ur body....

We learnt that in science but I have forgoten it.
it's true that there are protiens in semen, but it's not gonna deplete your body of what you need. Relax. Masturbation or ejaculation isn't gonna stunt your growth.
