There is a psychological disorder that makes men want to have their nads cut off. In ancient times it was done for royal and church purposes - eunachs and castratos. This can be compared to a man feeling trapped in his body and wants to be a woman. There is not one single surgeon I know who would castrate a man because he wanted it doing for a fashion statement. The only time I know of this procedure which is called an orchidectomy is for a testicular tumour and necessitates the removal of the testis to save the mans life.

Do not confuse castration with vasectomy. Some reader obviously are. Vasectomy is sniping the tube. Castration is cutting off the testicles.
