at 13 ur penis is bigger than most boys ur age
there is no real way to determine the size of your penis
all boys are different and puberty and heredity play a big role
if you knew the size of your fathers erection that would help but very few boys ever seen their dad's erection, i know i would never want to
just watch your penis grow each year and see how big it turns out to be
i might guess you will be more that 6.5" but that's just a guess

Good for you but forget about size - it's not how big it is but how you use it.
Reading anything that would provide you an estimate to a gain in length will probably cause you to set your expectations to high. You have not finished developing in all anatomical areas so you are more than likely to add more length to your BEST PAL in the near future. Get over the SIZE issue. Almost all guys think they would be happier with a larger BEST PAL. A larger size will not increase your degree of pleasure from making whoopee or shaking hands with it.
I dont think theres any way to estimate unless u got a bro u can check out. alot of times u will be pretty close. thats what i did when i was ur age. but dude ur pretty good size for 13. im only like 6 and im 16 so i think urs will be pretty big. my bro is like 6.5 to 7 so i figure i got more growin to. but dont worry about it, ur gonna be just fine.
