btw i live in the uk and its legal to have sex at 16!

His answers could stem from several sources. As he thinks you are a virgin, perhaps he actually respects that and wants to preserve it. ( which would speak well for him). He may also simply not want to have sex with a currently underage girl- which you are, as you are not yet 16. That's sensible on his part, as until you are 16, you are not legal tender and he'd be guilty of sex with a minor. I don't know what your particular rush to hop in the sack is, it's not as if it's going to rot and fall off if you waited. As I see it, you can either wait until you are legal chicken and have sex with him if he agrees- or you can find some other willing partner who doesn't mind you aren't 16 yet. If it's just sex you want, there are plenty of fellows who'd be glad to give you a tumble. Though if you want to hold out for the current BF, you might make the confession that you aren't quite as untouched as he believes you to be. Otherwise you may find you need to do some explaining when the time actually arrives, and he may be less than impressed.
