Question: Every time I go to the gym, there's always like one or two guys just hanging around naked. I don't mean they're drying off from a shower. I mean like they're shaving, combing their hair, or just sitting around watching ESPN with no clothes on. What the dillyo?

I assume that they are comfy without clothing on, or they'd put some on. And they can't exactly hang out in their altogethers outside the locker room for the most part, can they? The locker room is a lot more acceptable place to get naked with your buddies than your living room as well. If you ask your buddies to strip down, shower and watch the game at your house, you won't have many friends eating chips and dip with you. I'm sure somebody will suggest perhaps they are gay and advertizing- but I think it's really just a matter of comfort in a place where it's acceptable.

why not? it's a gym.. it's a place to meet others who are also working out and no, i don't think they're gay, and if you're not you shouldn't worry...

Whats the problem ? it's a male locker room, most people would be naked in the bathroom shaving etc. Some people are more comfortable about nudity than others and I wouldn't imagine that there is any sexual motive to their behaviour, so as long as these guys are not bothering you then you should just learn to deal with it.
As a side note in most of Europe these guys wouldn't even get a second glance as we have a whole different attitude to nudity and would consider this behaviour to be totally normal.

It is harmless. They are in one of a few spaces where they can actually be naked and not bother about it, they are getting dry and getting dressed etc. To not be obliged to put clothes on immediately but in stages is something to have a right to do.
Sadly, this may be a bit naive because there are perverts who hover around pretending to so things like shave, but they are actually watching people. These people make my blood boil because they are taking advantage of the freedom practiced by the first category.
The pervs should be told to expletive off. I have done this. It works sometimes but because they are so dysfunctional they do not understand direct interaction with humans, we are all walking porn.
If we lived in a world where everyone had to be covered up all the time, what a terrible repressive and neurotic place that would be.
