Some men like it, some dont.
Some girls ask for it, some dont.

If you want to avoid itchiness, do NOT do it.
Going to school at age 15 with the constant urge to scratch your pubic area is definetly not worth the experimentation :p

Shaving public hair is not good option but you can trim them if they are fully grow.In this way you will be able to feel masculine without any discomfort.

Every one should do this to keep it clean and hygienic.
