This is completely normal. I'm 13 aswell, and I do it.

When I was younger, like 11-12, not much came out but clear liquid. It's supposed to feel good and your penis may get red because you're being too rough. It swells because that is part of the erection/pleasure.

Are you circumcised? any way,it all has to do with puberty,and you are not ready yet.
You just probably haven't reached the age yet where your body produces sperm. Give it maybe another year. I wasn't able to ejaculate till I was 14.
And about the swelling...What are you using as lubricant? Cause you might be having an allergic reaction to whatever you're using. Try using your own spit. I know it sounds nasty, but it works, it feels good, and it's all natural.
