How do I get my fat to go away?!

Question: When I ran cross country with my school, i lost weight, but i really didn't get any skinnier. i'm a slightly larger guy, but most of it's fat. i want muscle definition, but i wanna do it w/o a gym or weights. so i wanna just lose this stubborn *** fat. especially on my thighs and butt. also, weight loss pills? do any work?

weight loss pills will not work for you, taking weight loss pills will make you loose weight (or probably water) but you will also end up loosing the muscle aswell.
There is no quick fix but it sounds to me that you just need to eat healthy, lots of protein i.e chicken, fish and lean red meat but not so much carbs i.e potatos and bread although you must eat some carbs to stay healthy so don't cut them out completely. Lots of fruit and veg
There are lots of exercises that you can do at home to tone the muscles without the traditional weights the best thing to do is get a good excercise video which contains muscle work outs and this way you will get a program of excercise and the vid will show you the correct way to do them.
Failing this, carry on with the cross country and you will find that you will lose the flab and gain muscle tone especially in the butt.
Don't forget though that muscle weighs more than fat so if your loosing fat and gaining muscle it can be that you will actually put on weight. Ignore the scales, the best way to tell how you are doing is by how you feel and look.
Good luck

weight loss pills do not sound like a good idea.

they usually aren't approved by the fda- which is a scary thing in the long run.

if you want muscle definition your best bet is to do what you dont want- exercise.

just cut your food portions in half then hit the gym for a half an hour. its not much. but every bit counts.

You want def with out working out? not going to happen. Along with intense working out you also need a better diet. Cut out the fat and carb will get you what you want.

stop eating like a pig!!!!

go for a 2 mile run every or every second night
drink lots of water
eat healthy food.

less calorie, carbs and fat intake more exercise it works

Your not gonna get BUFF or RIPPED sittin on teh couch eatin chips. Ride a bike, go for walks (Long walks). Burn teh fat off.

did you run cross country to the closest McDonalds ?
Your diet has ALOT to do with your weight. You are wasting your time if you work out then pig out at fast food restaurants
