What color is a mans semen normaly?!
Question: when i was a teen it was clear with a hint of white in it , mid twenty's it was white with clear spots in it early thirty white with a hint or yellow , or more an off white almond white better describes it , should i see a doc is this normal or abnormal ?

I think that everybody may vary same as females do. If it were green it would be a worry however your semen sounds to be all the right colours. I wouldn't stress it sounds completely normal champ.

Yours sounds normal. The older you get the thicker it gets thus meaning your sperm count is good
And you spend how much time looking at your semen and obsessing over its color? And you say its "almond" colored?

It's usually dominantly white, but some see through areas. Well...wait, actually, it should be all white. I was thinking of last year...but now that I remember, mine usually comes out all white (no pun intended).
But I think it's slightly abnormal that it comes out that color. It's not a bad thing, but I think it just means that that sperm is just older. If you haven't orgasmed in awhile, the sperm tends to get old and discolored. That's why doctors recommend that you masturbated to regulate your sperm and keep it renewed. So...yeah, I guess masturbating every day wouldn't be a bad idea (doctors recommend doing it 6 times a week).

yours is normal, stop obsessing over it...
normally from whitish to slightly yellowish.
starts clear - just prostae and related fluids
then turns whitich as sperm enters the picture
may be slightly off white later on though
worry if it gets reddish though.
Mine is usually fourescent purple.
