You are normal as you just started puberty. Puberty ends between 16 and 21. Height has nothing to do with penis size.
Average adult size is 5.1 to 6.2 inches. Average depth of a vagina is 4 o 6 (or 7) inches with most feeling in the first 3 inches, which is why average fits perfectly.
Be a generous lover when the time comes and size will not matter.

Oh, so you don't misunderstand about what Noob said above me, he means this. The erect penis of an adult that has fully undergone puberty is on average 5.5-6" long. 5.5-6" isn't the average for 15 year olds.
