That , your cousin's guradian should ask to the doctor...to know whether or not its a problem that has to be fixed or not.
Personally I think thats is no problem. HOwever it might require surgery if its gonna bring about problems later...

It's different, that's for sure. But I have a dog, when we took him to get neutered, they found out that he had 3 testicles. So, I'm sure it sometimes happens in nature.
