u dont need to worry about..usually the pain just for a while, then ull get better...my ex gf once kicked my balls,thats really hurt...but no effects

Being kicked in the balls is always sore, but if the pain doesn't subside, or if there is swelling or discoloration, or blood in the urine/semen, you need to see a doctor to establish if there is any permanent damage.
Damaged testicles can lead to lower sperm count and infertility. Chances are, no permanent harm has been done, but as mentioned above, if things don't get better within 24 hours, see a professional.

yeah, that reall hurts, don't worry it wont make you impotant or anything, um, if the pain continues i would see someone but it shouldn't do
