I have no idea because I am a virgin. But I've been told KJ is good; and use your spit.
EDIT: Other suggestions: Spit, KJ, Johnson&Johnson Baby Oil, Baby Shampoo (maybe?) Vaseline (although I don't suggest it lol.)
