I take it that the 3" is hard? most boys do not measure it soft. You are only 14 you still have some growing to do. Hair does not mean you are finished with puberty. Puberty is a process that starts when your 12 or 13 and goes until you are 16 or 17. Your penis will grow larger and you will get more hair. Just be patient and relax it will all turn out right.

Stop worrying about your penis. All of you young kids have that obsession for some reason. Maybe you're watching too much porn and see guys (in the minority) that have more than 8". You still have growing time. Everyone devolps at a different rate.

mines 3 soft and im 16 but it gets to 6 1/2 hard
i guess you can't do anything about it, you probably just have to wait. i have read that if you want you penis to grow you have to get an hard on and then gently pull up for 10 sec then pull it down by the extra skin for 20 sec and then 10 sec side to side
wait it out and try to exercise it. you stop growing at 18. the , dude, robbie(above), has no idea what hes talking about. size doesnt correspond to age necessarily. avg size is about 5.5 inches
