Sounds like a problem that you need to explain to your doctor. He/She may prescribe you a certain medicine. You say you can get off by "yourself"? I have heard of a thing like thing and it was related to anxiety/nervousness. He got prescribed a pill to help with it, even though he didn't think he had anxiety when with a partner.

I don't know but have you tried to "press" down at the underside near your base right before you..you know? I tried this with my guy and he said he "felt" it more....kinda like really "busting" lol u know what I mean!!!!

I cannot explain it. But you may be making all this up. If not, get yourself to your doctor and explain it to him. He shall probably refer you to a specialist. If your statements are factual, then you do need specialist treatment.

There are several thing that need to be known. What is the girth of your penis? Maybe you aren't getting enough friction with vaginal sex. If she is willing, see if she will perform oral on you and see how that feels. Maybe it's a mental block, where you are too used to masturbation. Just start a process of elimination. If one method doesn't work, try something else.

Do you mean you don't enjoy or feel much when you masturbate? Or just during other sexual activities? That makes a difference. In the first case you should talk to your doctor about this since it's atypical and might indicate some larger problem. If it's just during other sex, too much masturbation can cause this. Both men and women can find masturbation more pleasurable than sex, at least as far as sensitivity and pleasure in that one particular area. You're not expending any other effort and your focus is on just that one thing which can make a difference.

If you want to be a little more specific we can probably give you better information.
