Increasing size?!
Question: I wanna increase the width of my shoulders, they're not bad, and seem to have gotten wider over the last few years, but I wonder if I can speed the process up, to make them look a bit bigger/muscelier than they are.
I do push ups of a morning, and I lift bean tins--8) but I don't see to much difference.

Increase the size of your chest and it will make your shoulders look broad.
How do you do this? Bench presses. Use heavy weight with a spotter and do flat bench, incline bench and shoulder press in that order.
About 3 sets per each of those exercises with a warmup.

go to the gym and try overhead shoulder presses with the bench at a 90 degree angle. also military presses work well. both exercises are for your deltoids. to increase your traps, do shoulder shrugs with dumbells. hope this works out for you.
if you want to increase your should take little warm water and add some suger,honey and lemon.
and take 2 glass daily early in the morning.........
try this for 15 days you will really get a change in you..........
