Does push-ups make your muscle get bigger or just toned?!
Question: I do push-ups every night and eat alot of protein. I do greatly notice that my arms are getting much much more toned. But what i haven't noticed is that my muscles are NOT get bigger and buffer; they are just getting toned.

If you do push ups, place your hands next to each other on the ground, thumbs almost touching. This will put most of the strain on your arms (the further apart your hands are the more it works your chest).

To obtain bigger muscles, you must lift a weight that tears apart sensitive muscle tissue. When it heals, it is larger.
Muscles grow back slowly, even if they are getting bigger it would be hard to tell. Take pictures of your arms and then look at them in three months, see if they got bigger
