Guys, you are dating this girl when all of a sudden....?!

Question: ...okay guys, pretend you are both 26 -- you have been dating this girl for 2 months. when she "accidentally" leaves this article on your bed, near your computer for you to read. what do you think? will you dump her if it applies to her? is this the way you want to be told or is there a better way....

I think that is a fine way to be told, especially if she is shy. Its better than not knowing and anyone who got annoyed by being told this way really isn't worth it anyway.

Hells yeah, I'll keep her Foreverrrr!

...I dont get it..

Dating 2 months, I thought it would be out by now. But if that's how you get the word you have to deal with it your own way. If you love her she'll give herself to you when she's ready. If she's holding out for marriage then you have to decide if you are interested enough to marry her someday. If not, move on.

If leaving an article on the bed is the best way the 26 year old has of communicating such things with her boyfriend, she and the relationship are in serious trouble. I would be proud of her for being a virgin, though.

what, no I wouldn't dump her if I read it.

but if she wants to be a virgin I will send her to bigger and better things because I like sex and that's what I need in a relationship.

Don't bring it up. Just let things happen.

Call me any time Bindass

That's a pretty ambiguous message. Is she asking for help losing virginity? Is she asking him to slow down?

Relationships go through different stanges of physical intimacy, and he or she can take the lead in moving to the next level. When things get intimate enough for her virginity to matter, I hope she'd say something explicitly (like "No" or "be careful, I'm new to this") instead of playing some game where he has to guess what she's thinking. If she doesn't want things to get that far, I hope she'd say so clearly, before any misunderstanding or disappointment arises.
