help!!!

at 14 you are still growing
your penis is 6.5" hard and that is big for your age
2" soft is very normal for your age
you are a "grow" not a "shower"
which means your penis more than double in size when it get hard
that is very cool
no need to be embarrassed you penis is fine
have fun with it

never hear the word stalk used for an erection

Some penis are small and grow much larger then their original size.

Some kinda stay bigish but barely grow.

Nothing you can do.

BTW - 5 inches is the average. You are very well endowed for a 14 year old lol..

Erm.............I feel ill now!

Don't worry man....
If u see a girl stripped of her Clothes and touching u near ur penis then it'll Automatically rise up
-Xperience for me man.....Believe me.....!!!!
PS- Sum Girls Don't Want their Mate's Penis to be VERY loooong and Strooong....!!!

Small when soft makes no difference at all, alot of smaller soft ones grow much bigger when needed than those that start off bigger.

LOL_I was in the same boat at your age. They call them "growers". I'm 50yo, 6'4", 195lbs and my flaccid penis is 3"+/-. Erect its just over 7" and good girth-5.5". YES, most every male measures himself sometime in their life-more than once too as they age, whether they admit or not. remember-it's all about MALE-we all do what we joke about-most just do not admit it because of their up-bringing!

Your erect size is above the norm actually, your shaft chambers tighten up to a seemingly -to you-short length. All Males know there's no way to tell how long another Male's erection will be-so don't sweat it. I tried in my early 20's to use lite weight to stretch it out-wasn't permanent and when I had regular lovers-I found that I was more than normal. But if it really bothers you, go to the urinal before you undress and stretch yourself out a bit before you dress out-that's what I did-(and so do a lot of other young males that worry about it too), lol!!!

Medical fact-most female's sexual nerves are in the first 2-3" of their VAG... and the male's are the glands and especially under the glands. The male shaft get's ours to theirs and the stimulation needs only 3-4 inch penetration. The rest is how you "use it".

At your age-you might grow some more but you are fine-and stay out of the sex arena too till you know yourself-you are just beginning to at your age! The gals will enjoy a male that knows what he's doing-not acting like it and then- "HEY YOU"RE A DAD" or other scary things like STD's(disease: HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, and more!)

And talk to your dad about this stuff-he's waiting for you to you know, I did with my son and it really brought in a great new bonding between us. But I'm medical and had no fears of it. Funny how dads make kids but are too shy to explain later on how it happened to their kids later on in life! If your dad isn't around-ask your mom what male in both your lives that she trusts to give you good MALE info-not " macho myths". All else fails, talk to a doctor-they will give you the real clinical info. But at your age, you're above the average in erect size-for fully matured males-so get out there and practice your social skills, (not genital sex!!!, altho a good make-out is always fun with a gal you really like), with the ladies-and don't worry about the other males-they might be a bit aroused just to show bigger too in the locker room-ya' neva'know!!!!!!!!!!!

Be good-MALE-DAD

its normal

it dont matter what its like when its floppy its the hard stuff that counts to a gal
