Question: I'm 13 and my penis is 3.8 inches flaccid and 5.3 inches erect. Also i'm just over 5 ft and have size 4 feet (i don't know if that affects it)

5.3 inch isn't bad since your only a just a teen, it might grow in a few years when you devolop more.
