What should I eat after each workout?!


Question: I want to build big muscles but be toned/lean as well. I lift every other day and do cardio (swim, or bike or box) every other day as well.

protien and carbs, i usually eat some whole wheat rice and some grilled chicken and a protien shake afterwards helps 2

Only PROTEINS and nooo carbs !!!!!
see your body has to burn fat to be able to use the next source of energy which is proteins but if eat carbs your body will store it as fat
