There isn't one. You can buy condoms at any age. If you're worried about being embarrassed in front of the store clerk, buy them at a store that has the self checkouts. If you can drive, your city's health department should give them out for free and you can just go there and get some.
Once you reach the legal age of consent wherever you are, you can buy condoms.

Actually, they can technically sell to anyone regardless of age. It's not a controlled substance, just like someone of any age can go to the store and buy toothpaste or shampoo. BTW, condoms are used for many other purposes, such as in theatre to prevent moisture from ruining microphones during storage.

I think that the legal age to buy condoms is probably 16 yrs old. You know that sex is tried at any age but I think one should be educated about sex and the dangers it can bring if one is not careful with it.

In my state, Alaska. A pharmacy will give them to minors for free. When you're 18, you have to buy them though.
