Why can't I go all night?!
Question: I haven't been sleeping very well lately.
Last week and a half, I've been going to bed around 9 every night and wake up at least every couple of hours ( for about 20 minutes each time), until about 530 next morning when I just can't possibly get back to sleep.
Before it started, I slept pretty sound from about 9 till (at the earliest) 7.
Could these factors contribute?;
I'm 18 years old,
I'm male,
I've been taking prescription meds for bad dermatitis. (course finished several days ago)
I've been drinking less,
I've been less sexually active,
Meals have been happening about 2 hours before bed,
I've been eating less.
I'm not sure its insomnia or something like that. What du reckon it could be? What's causing it? Will the loss of say 3-3.5 hours of sleep (haven't done the math) affect me in the long run?

Don't worry i get it all the time. Any medication, stress, changes in lifestyle can affect your sleeping pattern. All you can do is try and relax before bed and if you do wake up and really can't get back to sleep get up for 45 minutes or so and then try again. It is insommnia but many people get it every now and then. Make sure your not too active before going to bed and try to eat small amounts at a time maybe if your appetite is not huge at the moment
to long didnt read
Stress or medication may be the cause or your bed maybe be broken
if it gets worse go to a doctor..
Stress causes insomnia, and Marijuana is simply the best cure for it.
well the older you get the less sleep you need. You might want to think of pushing your bedtime back until 10PM.
Most likely it is your medication, seems to align with your sleeplessness.
I'd recommend getting some excercise about 4 hours before bed, ride a bike for half an hour or go for a job. Either would probably help if you either have too much energy or if you have some type of anxiety.
there might've been a drastic change in your body lately that has disrrupted your sleep pattern ,try over the counter sleeping aid,to help you get back to your old sleep habits. If that fails see a doctor.
You are possibly falling into depression, but thats just based on your symptoms you are the only one who can really know
count sheep till u fall asleep
yes consult a doctor
i am one and i believe that maybe its something like that
I don't know but when you find out tell me.
