i've tried looking carefully at waht i eat, either it's too little or too much . try drinking lots of water , fruits , and veggies . it's a great way to lose weight . try doing push-up,sit-ups, and running a lot . drinking lots of water is probably good tho . gooooood luckkk!(=
follow the four food groups,. make sure you get breakfast every day, snack on raw salads and fruit and cut out the junk food.
the weight should come right off u keep eating healthy and exercising, it should come right off.

Well just asked a doctor for some advise on what to do!
Stop eating.......There are certain foods that the human body is not used to dealing with like flours, breads, some grains, and when you eat these the body says "what the heck is this" and stores it.....hence the Atkins diet.....it does work....I lost 41 pounds in 2 months......went from 241 to 200......I still ate carbs but not the flour and grain stuff.......carbs from fruit is fine.....breads are really bad.......excercise and keep track of your carbs.......I ate alot of salads with chicken and meat and lots of omeletts........no toast or potatoes......good luck
