Men shaving legs.. Not Gay, not feminine not for sports?!

Question: Well, recently ive been having problems sleeping because no matter how cool i keep my room i just burn up and sweat on my legs and armpits and cant sleep. Taking the less noticable route i shaved my armpits and my girlfriend doesnt care and now i can pretty much go without deoderant if i wanted to. Im still having problems with my legs overheating.. other than what others will think shaving doesnt bother me but my legs overheat so badly and doens't help i have gorilla hairy legs so.. Tips? or anything

If your girlfriend doesn't mind then try it. I think if I saw a guy with shaved legs in shorts, I may find it a bit odd but not a total turn-off or anything.

just go to sleep with a lighter blanket and the ceiling fan on high

really dont know what to say about this one.... try waxing!

It may (may) be something medical, as in the blood flow in your legs or a vitamin deficiency causing this? You may want to ask your doc. If not, just do what makes you comfortable. I don't, however, think you should drop your deodorant just cuz you shave your pits now. I am a girl and I shave my armpits, but certainly still wear deodorant. If shaving your legs is ok, then do it. I would maybe be turned off by very hairy legs on a guy! There are also cooling lotions out there that you could try putting on your legs after you shave and before bed that may help. Like aloe vera gel or aloe lotion has a cooling effect and therefore is good for sunburn. Maybe that would help? Hope you find something that works. That don't sound like much fun. Do you live in a warm state? I live in cold MN and the temp here is 5 below right now. Maybe you should move to a cold state so winter gives you a break from this!!!
