I use it and have had very successful results in the gym.... im not complaining.....

You can buy a huge container off pure creatine monohydrate for not too much money and it will last several months.

I would make sure u get the pure creatinne stuff called creatine monohydrate which contains 5grams per serve.... this is also what i have been recomended by my personal trainer.
