Well, some people are into "golden showers" and it can be unsanitary. Initially when urine leaves the body, it is sterile enough for you to drink. There really is no difference between urine and gatorade other than taste and sugar. But if urine is allowed to set out, the minute ammount of bacteria that is already swimming around in it, will multiply until it is no longer safe for anything. The vagina is made to be self cleaning but often when a female douches, it will upset the delicate bacterial balance causing infection. It is not healthy for a female to douche with anything, even water.

Aside from the grossness and lack of sanitation, how do you manage to piss with an errection? I mean I'm assuming you're having sex and you pee inside your partners... err which ever hole you're probing...
If this is happening uncontrolably you might want to see a doctor. Thats not normal. And I'll bet its illegal in some places... well it should be anyways.
Well... I can think things I would much rather do. Urine is "sterile" .. but that doesn't mean that it should be used as a good douching tool.
