Why would a man have two streams of pee?!
Question: the skin at the opening is connecting and splitting the urine. Does this happen in the morning. perhaps you got your "sticky stuff" not all the way off from the "night before activities" or while sleeping had some pre-sticky stuff created. The stuff will temporarily create a seal and not allow urine to pass that particular area. Like pinching a hose in the middle...water goes out on both sides but not the center.

If there was an obstruction. ie. a kidney stone
Sometimes mine does that but its usually the skin just touching in the middle of the hole. If it stays there, you may just want to consult your doctor.
It may be causing that if you use baby powder.
could be because the pee is hitting the foreskin and then splitting. or could be what is called a dribble... which could be due to some medical conditions or even age.... it usually sorts itself out.... but may be a Doc would be a better person to answer clearly
Could have kidney stones. Go see a doctor if it keeps up
