Height help for my mate?!
Question: Hi, for once its not me that needs help its my mate. He is 5,11 and just turned 18 and wants to no if he is to short, I have tried telling him that he is average for a man but wont believe me so I woud appreciate your opinion, is he short medium or tall. Secondly he wants too no that if he does strethching exercises to improve his posture and spine and legs if it will make him taller or encourage a growth spurt (he read it on a website) Any help wold be greatley appreciated so that I can give it too him straight.

Tell him that 5'11 is a very sexy height for a guy!
he is average for males . most males finish growing between the ages of 18 and 25 so its possible that your mate will grow a little bit more
